We use Firebase and related cloud services for secure data storage, with encryption in transit and at rest where supported. Access controls, authentication, and logging are used to help protect your information.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, restricting access to your devices, and promptly notifying us of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.
No Absolute Security

Third-Party Services
Firebase (Google): Cloud infrastructure, authentication, database, and related backend services necessary to operate SimpleCRM. Data is stored by Google Cloud services and protected according to their security and privacy practices.
Apple App Store / Google Play: Handling app distribution, in-app purchases, and subscription billing. Payment details are processed directly by Apple or Google and are not stored by SimpleCRM.
Crashlytics and Analytics Tools: Monitoring app stability, crash reporting, and high-level usage analytics to improve performance. Data is generally aggregated or pseudonymous and not used to identify you personally for marketing.
These third parties have their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review those policies to understand how your information is handled by each provider.
Data Retention and Location
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we may anonymize or delete it in accordance with our retention practices.
